RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges on non-personalized items for up to 30 days past the date your item was delivered (only applies to retail website customers) We us USPS tracking info to determine delivery date.

Please contact us prior to sending your item back to get a return authorization.

Make sure item is in new condition, with tags, and send it back to us at the return address on your invoice. Include your name, order number and a note letting us know what you would like to do (return or exchange for another size / color, etc).

For returns, when we receive the item back, provided it is in new condition, we will credit your account for the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For exchanges, when we receive the item back, provided it is in new condition, we will send the replacement item you have requested out to the original shipping address. If there is any additional money due, we will contact you prior to shipping the replacement item. In the case on any refund being due, we will automatically credit your original form of payment before shipping the replacement item.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items due to the nature of the product.
